The staff was polite and helpful. Dr Carie was very thorough, professional, and just a really nice person. She truly cares about her patients. That comes through loud and clear and that's not always the case with providers.

They managed to get me an appointment within an hour for a eye concern that I had. Dr Carie explained everything in detail for me on what I could expect in the next two weeks and to not worry about it affecting my eyesight. She also encouraged me to call the office if I had further issues. Front desk staff was very pleasant and kind.

Very friendly interaction and treated very respectfully. I also forgot my HSA card, they let me go home and call in with the card information for payment. They trusted me, that was huge. I always enjoy going to my appointment as Dr. Carie remembers certain things about me, always feels very personal. I would be hard pressed to come up with one thing that could be done better, I have been treated terrific each and every time I come in.
