He was very professional and down to earth doctor. He explained everything to my hubby his kidney stones (what it is, how its formed, etc) in layman terms. He listens to your concerns and doesnt look down on patients, like some doctors do. We were seen asap and the wait time was like 5 mins (to fill up papers and check insurance). He's a great doctor that I would highly recommend.

Dr.Cricco gave a thorough explanation of how things work, which I
needed to know.
Also,I was pleasantly surprised he recommended a change of diet, rather than just medication.

This is was the first time I saw Dr. Cricco, but I went to him for a recurring problem. I felt like he spent a lot of time going over things that I already knew and did not take enough time listening to my current symptoms. I was looking to have more of a conversation about the next steps to tackle my illness and not start from square one.
However, I will say that Dr. Cricco did take a lot of time to go over some dietary changes that could help ward off any further infections. That was a nice talk, but I left feeling like the issue at hand was not addressed.

Initially does not come off as overly warm. If you try to elaborate on questions too much he'll cut you off; but at the end of the day he's just trying to get directly to the bottom of your issue. He clearly explained possible cause for symptoms and laid out plan for treatment. I was left with a better impression than when I began. The office is very dated -- they don't even accept credit cards. You get the feeling he usually caters to much older patients.

Dr. Cricco is amazing. The way he explains things and his calming, very knowledgeable bedside manner put you right at ease. Highly recommended!

The doctor as such was fine, though it did seem like he has a sharp eye on the clock with the aim of winding up at fifteen minutes, it is the receptionist/scheduler, Carmen, who seems to be pretty disorganized. I reached a half hour earlier for my 2.15 pm appointment. I had already filled out my forms prior, yet she didn't have them, luckily I carried a printout, so was able to hand her that and didn't have to fill them out again. And then the waiting began! The appointment prior to me came out at 2.05 pm itself, yet, she had me continue to wait. A gentleman then walked in a few minutes later and she ushered him in, Another patient meanwhile comes in. 20-25 minutes pass and even after the gentleman she had already let in was done, I figured my turn is up. However, she then calls me to the window and tells me her computer is down and she needs to have me entered before she can show me in. How she realizes it just then is beyond me! It seemed to me this was an excuse and she was double and triple booked. She then lets the other patient in and it is only after he is done that finally I am ushered in a good hour after I got there. Plus it turns out the prescription I received is not covered by my insurance, luckily he did provide the name of an OTC substitute. I had taken time off work and got there a half hour early, so could have done without the waiting experience well beyond the confirmed appointment time.

Much better than any Urologist I have seen so far, most of whom were based in NYC. He took all the time needed to talk to me, examined me himself, did not prescribe any unnecessary tests and also made recommendation for lifestyle issues.

Dr. Cricco is wonderful. He took the time to sit down with me and go over my complete health history. He provided substantial advice on my current condition and also how to prevent future conditions. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone seeking a friendly doctor with an excellent bedside manner who provides quality medical services.

I was impressed by the doctor's interest in and attention to my general health as well as the specific issue I had made the appointment for. I appreciated his factual and straightforward manner and was made to feel comfortable for an appointment that I was dreading.

He was SO AMAZING! The only one who can treat me the right way and explained everything in great detail. He took his time and when I told him I wrote down a list of questions to ask him, I was a little embarrassed he said "please take out your list I would rather you ask me questions than you not know the answers". It was under 30 minutes wait but he takes his time with his patients, which is definitely worth the wait. He has my vote. Oh and on the way out I was SO grateful for him and his help.. He looked at me and said "I really love what I do". And I really felt it. I am happy with this doctor for sure.

Dr. Cricco listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a calm, friendly manner. A urologist has to ask some personal, potentially uncomfortable questions, but Dr. Cricco asked them in a way that made me fee comfortable. It turned out that I was just having an allergic reaction, but if I ever have anything more serious, I will definitely come back to Dr. Cricco.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr Cricco. Professional, courteous, totally put me at ease. Thoroughly explained everything I needed to know in an easy to understand manner, asked easy to answer questions in a very non-judgmental way. I could tell he was going out of his way to make me feel as comfortable as possible.
Slight mishap when I showed up on the morning of a major snowstorm to get some test results and his office was closed - I didn't receive a call prior, as per protocol. However, his wife was shoveling the front walk, went inside and got him, he came down in his slippers to meet me and go over the results anyway, especially because he knew how anxious I was to receive them. He could not have been more gracious with the whole situation. That was way above and beyond and hugely appreciated.
Very nice family man, just a regular guy who gets it. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr Cricco for all your help!
