Dr. Nash was very friendly and professional! He made me feel comfortable with small talk. He was able to confirm my diagnosis fairly quickly as well after taking a look under the microscope for himself. He stayed to answer all my questions, which probably took around an hour, and it was overall a really pleasant and professional experience.
