I was very upset with this situation. I scheduled a video visit, and later his office called asking if I could come in only 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin. This felt unprofessional. If an in-person visit is required, patients should be notified in advance, not on the day of the appointment.

The nurse was rude, and I could immediately tell that she was not experienced at all. Second, she told me that we could only ask for one referral per appointment — which shocked me. It doesn’t matter if it’s a private clinic or a public one; when you see a doctor, they should provide as many referrals as the patient needs. I’ve never heard anything so unreasonable in my life.
Third, instead of seeing Dr. Skorohod, we were assigned to a completely different doctor. This person was very kind, listened to my mom, and provided all the necessary referrals. However, the whole purpose of our visit was to see a doctor who speaks Russian, so my mom could better explain her needs.

My appointment is at 11:35am. I came in around 11:20am. The doctor didn’t see me until 12:00pm. The front desk receptionist is friendly but not knowledgeable. The office is roomy and clean. The nurse is friendly as well.

This place has terrible customer service. After losing my job it took a few days for my COBRA coverage to kick in and I had an appointment booked for this place in between, which is fine because my coverage would be backdated to the day it ended. It’s office has sent me emails with a bill multiple times even though I’ve emailed back several times telling them to please run it again on my insurance but they do not respond to email. I’ve called for weeks and can’t get anyone on the line since mid May (it’s now mid August). Oh yea, and 10 minutes before my visit was scheduled as I was pulling into the driveway they called to say it would need to be a telehealth visit and I couldn’t enter the building even though I drove over a half hour to get there. I expressed to the attendant that I was disappointed and wish they would have let me know in the hours that they were open before I arrived to save me time and money. I’m truly disappointed in this experience.

This hospital uses this experienced doctor's name to get patients to step into their hospital but once I got there, they assigned me a random doctor whose experience and education I don't even know.
The waiting period is awful for a hospital that calls itself Urgent care even with an appointment.
Additionally, they don't send lab reports online or even post. They push for us to go for another consultation to go over the results. I had to visit their hospital again to get the reports. They won't even tell if there's something in my reports that I'm supposed to worry about without a consultation.

I would have given 5 star but front office sucks! No coordination between website info I provided vs what they had and no coordination among themeslevs., Asked my insurance card copy 3 times even I submitted on web, Two different people checked me twice. All questions were asked twice. Too much time wasted in the front office. 2 min works took 30 mins.
Once I am inside, Nurse and Dr were awesome. Dr took time to understand the issue, guide me properly, very friendly and very knowledgeable. The nurse was very friendly and smiling all the time.

I love this office. Sure, they're urgent care, but they have really flexible appointment availability and every doctor, nurse, RN, etc that I've encountered there is extremely nice and professional. I go out of my way to come to this office. Highly, highly recommend.

Total wastage of my time. First they provided a wrong phone number on my appointment details, so I was stuck trying to find their office for a while. Second, they tell me they have to charge me at urgent care rates which is much higher and not primary care rates when I get there. Why not tell that to me earlier when I called them twice to make sure it's all good. Why not mention that on zoc doc. Also, the doctor was not available. Just a physician assistant.
