Carley is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for supporting adolescents, teens, and adults in improving their relationship with food, body image, and athletic performance. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Bluffton University. Carley has had the privilege of working with collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes to help them achieve their performance goals, as well as with clients at various stages of their eating disorder recovery.
Carley strives to create a safe, positive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. She believes that real change happens when you feel supported, heard, and truly understood. Carley will be your biggest cheerleader, celebrating your wins while helping you work through any challenges. She uses a mix of evidence-based practices and a personalized approach to help you find what works best for your life while moving you toward your goals.
Your first session is a chance for Carley to get to know you, your goals, history, challenges, and lifestyle. Together, you’ll develop a plan tailored to meet you where you are and help move you in a positive direction. Afterward, Carley will send a follow-up email with a summary of what was discussed and any additional resources that may be helpful.
