Dr. Russell's staff was very friendly and professional. I was seen right away. Dr. Russell herself made me feel very comfortable, took the time to get to know me a little, and answered the questions I had for her. I switched doctors because I wanted to feel comfortable and not like I was just another body coming through the door, and Dr. Russell did just that.
