Absolutely awesome experience each and every time I see Dr. Dean. She is extremely thorough and you know that she has exhausted every possibility when trying to figure out what is going on. No wait time at all and never do you feel like she is rushing through to get to the next patient. I would highly recommend that you see Dr. Dean for all of your ENT needs!

Ms. Carole Dean was wonderful. She was very professional and had a genuine interest in what I had to say. My experience was great and I would recommend giving her a try. It's also really nice that she's the only one in the office, it's very peaceful and quiet.

In 2000, she completed a distinguished Fellowship with Dr. Robert T. Sataloff, M.D., in Laryngology and Professional Voice Care at The American Institute for Voice and Ear Research in cooperation with Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Any patient who need an hearing test, you must be aware that there is no audiologist in Dr. Dean's office.
