The staff was extremely friendly! I was incredibly nervous coming in for my first Pap smear, but the doctor was extremely patient and thoroughly explained each step of the process. Doctor Lobban-Dubose made me feel relaxed and respected my comfort levels through the process. She constantly checked in. Doctor Lobban-Dubose is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and super patient. I would gladly recommend her!

The doctor was very professional, knows what she’s doing. She listens and explains everything she’s doing. One thing to be noted is that I got my appointment for physicals. The location does head to toe analysis and then asks you to get another appointment with labcorp for all lab tests.

“My visit with Family Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Ashay Lobban-Dubose was an excellent one. The young lady who checked me in was friendly, professional, efficient, and very patient! I was the last appointment of the day, and although I arrived extra early to the appointment, it took quite some time for me to complete all of the required forms. Unfortunately, this caused me to run way into my appointment time! I offered to come back another time. However, Ashay still saw me without hesitation - AND she was extremely warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough! I left the appointment feeling very confident in having chosen Ashay as my new PCP! I highly recommend her and her team!”

The providers here are all amazing. But it is hard to reach the office via phone and they were not able to provide me with the entire lab results so I had to have the procedure performed again at a different provider.

I scheduled my visit around 10 AM in the morning for a same-day appointment at 6 PM. Very easy to do online, and the pre-registration was easy to fill out in advance as well.
I interacted with two people when I got to my appointment: (1) the woman behind the desk who greeted me and took my vitals, and (2) my doctor. Both were kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Since I was probably their last patient of the day, I was practically in and out.
Some miscellaneous thoughts:
- The facility was super clean and bright, and the building was easy to find.
- I was surprised they had 6 PM appointments on a Federal holiday, but I'm glad they did!
- I only searched for providers covered by my insurance, but I didn't have a co-pay during my visit (we shall see what comes of that)
