The person i seen was not helpful AT ALL, offered no recommendations or solutions. Even after i told her what i was having issues with she ignored it. Checked my blood pressure once and it was elevated never rechecked it, she literally did nothing to help the problem

I was seen right away with good customer service from the front desk and good bedside manner by the physician. I was just disappointed by how quickly I was referred medicine for my pain rather than working to diagnose why I was in pain. It was disheartening, but I am not sure if that's the fault of the physician or this nation's healthcare as a whole.

The PA was amazing and very thorough.
Yet, upon arrival you scan a QR CODE and no one was there to greet me up front. You could hear the staff laughing in the back. When someone did come up front, she seemed quite annoyed I was there. It also took me 40 minutes to get my blood drawn after the PA left the room. I had to go up front and ask for someone to come draw my blood because it had been so long. The walls in the office are also very thin, I could hear the man’s phone call in the room beside me clear as day.
All this said, I still recommend the PA. She was fantastic, just be prepared for everything else.
