Caroline’s interest in nutrition started in high school as she became a passionate athlete and competed in team sports and looked for ways to fuel her body. Caroline’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, organ transplant, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, gastric bypass, gastrointestinal disorders, and disease prevention/wellness. Caroline has an additional passion for the areas of sports nutrition and fitness as she is an avid runner and loves pilates. Caroline believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a HAES informed approach. She believes that healthy eating should be individualized and balanced to embrace the need of the individual. Caroline graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Alabama. She enjoys cooking, baking, running, hiking, reading, and hanging out with her dog Royce.

She was late. The call quality was terrible. The call dropped while I was talking and when she rejoined she didn't ask what she missed. Her response was to cut me off and start talking about something new. No guidance or meal plan was given, no advice was given, and it was the most impersonal experience I have had in a long while.
