Nothing to improve because she has been very helpful and professional. My NP even made the comment that she was impressed how quickly she relayed info from our first session to the practice. She said that made her job easier because she knew early on where I was in the care plan. Caroline has listened and made several suggestions and sent me pdf files the same day as my appointment.
