We have a yearly practice administration fee of $250 for all in-network patients.
This fee will cover the many extra services that we provide such as:
- Same day appointments
- Longer appointments with your provider
It also covers many services that insurances will not pay for such as:
- Care coordination with outside providers
- Prior authorizations for prescriptions, imaging procedures and surgeries
- Time spent messaging and on phone calls with our patients

Caroline Main, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her Masters of PA Practice from the Keck School of Medicine of USC. Her pursuit of a medical career started at 8 yrs old after visiting the CA Science Center. In her mind, medicine is the ideal balance between intellectual curiosity about the human body, and serving the community in tangible ways. She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from Westmont College in Montecito, CA on academic scholarship. She maintained Dean’s List taking pre-med courses, running track and field.
Caroline worked for 2+ years as an EMT driving ambulances to all types of 911 calls in Oxnard, CA. She worked as an ER scribe charting for ER MDs. Since graduating USC, she has worked as a PA in the ER, treating and performing procedures for a wide variety of high acuity patients. Caroline is drawn to women’s health to educate and empower women, building trusting relationships with patients.
A fact that may surprise you is she lived in a tent for 4 months studying abroad in Tanzania. Caroline spends her free time traveling to unexpected destinations, with her family, lifelong friends, Newfoundland dog, and hiking.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Caroline Main. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and I felt so comfortable and heard throughout my whole visit.

I tried Fractionated CO2 Resurfacing Laser treatment on my face at Westside Women’s Health. I’ve always struggled with deep acne scars on my face, and have tried numerous peels and micro needling in the past, but nothing really seemed to help. This treatment has actually made a difference! I was really nervous to try this procedure, but Dr. Varkey and the PA Caroline Main were very patient and kind, and answered all my questions. I’m so glad I decided to do it, and am very happy with the whole experience. The facility is clean, and staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. The PA Caroline did most of my treatments, and each time she made me feel very taken care of. She took breaks when I needed to, and clarified all treatment modifications throughout the procedure as well. She was an excellent communicator, and always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend Caroline PA and Westside Women’s Health.
