I was so impressed the moment I stepped into the beautiful office space,
Everyone was FABULOUS! I honestly feel like I took a chance going to a new Doctor and hit the jackpot. I was treated like a V.I.P from start to finish. The nurse was so pleasant and was able to draw my blood the very first time with no pain. Super Impressed with her skills. Ms. Gold was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy to understand and then I met DoctorTade. WOW... she was STELLAR! Dr. Tade was so easy to talk to... I felt like she had been my personal Doctor for years!!!

Hailing from the great state of Texas, Dr. Tade completed her undergraduate degree at Sweet Briar College in Virginia. Under the tissue culture hood, she discovered the healing power of nature and has been eagerly studying complementary therapies for cancer ever since.
In her time at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine here in Tempe, Arizona her studies focused on spinal manipulation, Endocrinology therapeutics for natural hormone balancing, chronic pain reduction techniques, cancer care and IV therapy. Dr. Tade has completed extensive additional training in UNDAs, collaborative cancer care and restorative injections.
In her spare time she loves to cook, hike, camp, and play with her dog, Luke. Dr. Tade loves to travel and is addicted to going to conferences to keep abreast of the latest and greatest in complementary medicine.

Dr. Tade seems really nice and the staff that I dealt with in the back were very welcoming. I am not too fond of the office staff as she lied to me and said I missed my appt at 10am when all of the confirmations and reminders say my appt was at 12:30pm, just so that she could move my appointment. Luckily, I was still able to make the rescheduled time. I also got notification that I needed to call the office and I called and left a voicemail twice with no call back. The office worker said she had called, but she never left a message to let me know they called or needed anything. I did fill out the patient portal online and she said they never received it, which is not true as the pharmacist had all of the information while I completed my consult. The office staff made me fill out the paperwork again when I already had filled it out. Just some few inconveniences that can make the experience not so pleasant. It did take a few weeks to get an appointment, the availability was very limited.

I had a great experience. Dr. Tade provided a comprehensive review and assessment of my medical history. She did not try to hard-sell me on a bunch of supplements as previous NMD did. The office was nice and clean. The nursing staff was efficient, kind, and effective. Highly recommended you visit Dr. Tade.

My visit was warm and welcoming being a POC it was very refreshing to see the level of professionalism from the entire staff. Being new to the area and searching for a new PCP can be stressful but my visit to this office made the transition a little easier. The front staff members were very kind. The wait time was non existence..no such thing as wait...as soon as I got there....I was seen. Dr. Tade listened and answered my questions. She had a great sense of humor & smiled, she made direct eye contact, she didn't rush my visit; which that alone was amazing. I searched for the best PCP that was the correct fit for me...so far so good. The only suggestions I have is to have a manual B/P cuff on hand & also an alternative way to get Blood O2 for people with nails. My overall experience was very good and would definitely HIGHLY recommend.
