About Sorana Pop
Sorana “Liana” Pop is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Master of Science in Family Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Before pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing, she worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse. Liana remains active with the University of Phoenix as a preceptor and mentor for NP students.
Liana joined Family Medicine to pursue her passion for caring for the entire family with a holistic approach. She is trained to see patients of all ages and focuses her practice on health maintenance, illness prevention, and diabetes care and management. She is passionate about providing quality care and strives to treat her patients like family. Liana feels honored to participate in the lives of her patients and their families.

I made an appointment through Zocdoc for psychiatry but was seen be a primary care provider. With that being said. They helped my out and even helped to set me up with the right care. I highly recommend.

The address was confusing for a bit cos the said 3815 buildings # which was easy , they have a lower 4100 that I went to on the first floor, which they had no appointments booked for me , but the front desk clerk was very helpful. She told me to check 3200 , when i went to 3200 the check my name , and that was when they send me to the upper penthouse that was the 4100 , I was just a bit nervous look for the rights suit , then when I found it the security said I had was to call me Insurance Company to let them know I was going to used my card , which was a bit stressful cos I never have to do that with any doctor appointments once I gave them my insurance information over the phone upon making the reservation. That was pretty much it . Or sometimes they will ask for insurance phone number so they can make the call themselves.
But beside that everything went smoothly .

My provider was fantastic! However, the other staff wasn’t very friendly. A staff member at the front was calling a specific patient “my love” and he was saying “I love you”. It was odd and uncomfortable. I don’t feel like the employees enjoyed their job and it was obvious.
