This review is hard to write. Dr Tiglio was absolutely lovely. Occe I saw her the appt was fast but thorough She was apologetic for the delay (when it came up). My issue was straightfoward and I felt like the care she gave me was appropriate. Would give her 5 stars. However, the Yonkers location is much more of a clinic than a traditional drs office. They didn't follow appt times, just based on sign ins. They said they don't use the forms on zocdoc bc they don't have the capabilities, so I had to do the paperwork twice.
I would absolutely recommend dr Tiglio, but maybe go to another location.

Dr Tiglio explained everything before she did a procedure for my ingrown nail. As she proceeded, she continued to tell me exactly what she was doing and checked on how I was feeling throughout the procedure. I was thrilled when I left there and highly recommend her.

The initial visit and bedside manner of Doctor Tiglio was OK. She is pleasant and knowledgeable in her field from my limited understanding.
However, this is where my positive experience ends. I was seen for a pain in my foot that caused limited movement, so much so that I was recommended to get a walking boot to add some movement, which I promptly did the same day of appointment. I also received XRays which were inconclusive, so an MRI was suggestion. This was in July of 2022.
It is September 2022 and I still have pain and still have not had my MRI. Why? Dr. Tiglio's office did not send my case work to the insurance provider and then, once finally sent, the MRI was denied. Fine, this happens in managed insurance. A peer-to-peer conversation was requested and the office claims the P2P happened; however, my insurance company has no record of Dr. Tiglio calling to explain the MRI medical need. Very disappointed in this service and will be looking for alternate medical care.

Dr. Tiglio is competent and professional. She has an excellent wraith patients. I do recommend the office needs to spruced up. Painting, new tiles and a thorough cleaning are in order. Also, doctor’s white coats should be spotless.

I would recommend seeing Dr Tiglio if you ever need a podiatrist because she has good people/communication skills, a soft touch and most importantly is thorough during the examination. I’m glad I found her and was able to get the care and follow up I needed.

I was very disappointed in the experience, My appointment was 1:30pm and was there 15 minutes earlier to complete paperwork. I was taken by doctor at 1:55pm (Unacceptable). The doctor seem like she was not too knowledgeable and while she did take care of my ingrown toenail she did not do all the things I received from other podiotrist I went to in the past. I will not recommend to anyone.

I had a horrible experience a doctor was going to rip me off to sell me orthotics which was not what I needed. I found Tiglio she did an EXTENSIVE check up on my feet and I think she is AMAZING & THOROUGH. Her bedside manner was so warm she described everything that was going on with me and why. They did X-rays and she pointed out what I needed to buy to help with the comfort and alleviate the pain.
I look forward to seeing her in 3 weeks
