“I was so happy to be able to see Dr Ross so soon after my Lenox Hill ER visit last Saturday. He was the doc who first saw my X-rays and recommended steps to the attending physician. Today Dr Ross examined my injuries and recommended pt and a follow up visit. Dr Ross was aware of my injuries from my er visit. He was personable, unrushed and listened to my review of my various issues relating to the current injuries.”

Dr. Ross seems like a nice guy but is completely out of his depth. I came in for lingering leg pain after an injury sustained 2 months ago, and he told me that I needed to be on crutches for 6 weeks. He then tried to sell me crutches on my way out. After the results of my MRI came in, he retracted that suggestion and instead said that I can “take it easy and rest.” I had told him that I had been resting for the past 2 months and hadn’t been working out since my injury. Utter waste of time.

Staff nurse, Natalie was kind and listened to my needs for Dr Ross to access. Dr Ross also sounded knowledgeable and empathetic while being a kind doctor. I plan to return to resolve the tendinitis in my wrist with surgery.

I just love this office! The people who work in the office are so nice…I usually see Dr. Nicholas but I had a little accident and needed an appointment ASAP and I was seen by Dr Ross who was extremely nice and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very good and his advice was very helpful! He’s a super Dr and I will see him in 4 weeks after my physical therapy! Thanks again!

The front desk wasn't welcoming and didn't make me feel comfortable but the assistant who took me to the room was friendly and so was the doctor.
If it weren't for the doctor, the front desk would've turned me off to return. the checkout person was friendly.

I went to Dr. Ross for a second opinion - he listened to my concerns, made suggestions, and referred me to a specialist. I love doctors that can explain their thinking (and interventions), and really appreciate when they refer out when required in a timely manner.
Highly recommend!

Had acute neck injury and was able to make same day appointment. I was taken right away for x rays. Fortunately x rays were negative, Dr Ross explained the injury and recovery plan.

Doctor Ross looked at my recent MRI and EMG results . He gave me a good physical examination , asked questions and also fully explained any question that I had. He also fully explained what type of surgical procedure may be done in the near future .

Dr. Ross was thorough evaluating my ankle condition, provided recommended treatments and clear follow-up instructions to try to identify and resolve the issue. Wait times for my x-ray and assessment were not long at all. Furthermore, Dr. Ross and the other staff members I interacted with were amicable and professional. I would highly recommend.

I had a good experience and did not have to wait long. I had x-rays done as well at the same location. I waited a little for this but once in, they were done very quickly. Everyone I encountered, doctor, reception, imaging staff, were kind and professional.

Terrible. Waited for almost an hour and no doctor in sight. No respect for scheduled appointment times. Easy to get refund on copay.

The staff was very kind & friendly. I liked that they had an X-ray machine in the office.
The doctor was nice & helpful.
The only thing I would recommend is sending the paperwork to patients prior to coming in. Not a dealbreaker though.

The office is run fairly efficiently - waiting time can depends on the circumstances affecting the particular doctor who is attending to you.

From the moment I got there it was a warm professional and friendly experience. They informed me about the procedure and the waiting period. The Doctor was very personable and did everything. I have absolutely no complaints. I will follow his advice and keep follow up appointment. I would recommend him !

The office rescheduled my appointment time the day before. I arrived at the office 40 minutes prior, no one was there. I waited 45 minutes then called the office and sat on hold for 15 minutes for someone to tell me they closed the office for the day. I took time off work and now need to find another provider, wait for an appointment to open and will need to take more time off work. I have a painful injury and this is a very inconvenient delay for me. Not happy.
November 5, 2024Chris H.Verified patient
Overall the office is very efficient and the doctor gave me the necessary time, made me feel comfortable and I trusted his expertise.
My only minor criticism is that after the x-ray, I waited for the doctor for nearly 40 minutes. It can be stressful for a patient to wait in an examination room for that long. There was no apology, no explanation. It's understood that delays can occur but a bit of attention to patient feelings in these situations would be helpful. In the past, other doctors at this practice saw me nearly immediately after being shown to the examination room. I would still ABSOLUTELY see Dr Ross again.
