I saw Caroline Sheppard, PA for some moderate acne concerns. I felt Caroline really listened to my concerns & skin goals and I left with a plan of attack and some new products to try.

Overly commercial and overpriced. The extra price is not worth. The experience is average.

I actually saw Brittany and she was fabulous! Efficient, kind and answered all of my questions in a detailed but understandable way. Highly recommend!
I met with Caroline Sheppard over video today, she was exactly on time and patient with me when the video malfunctioned. I absolutely recommend her, and the office. Extremely pleasant visit :)

Dr. Jacob is very professional. She is also very understanding of what your concerns are, and she does her best to address those concerns directly.
I trust Dr Jacobs to recommend treatments that are natural and safe. I have relied on her and her staff (shout out to Nirali and Brittany!) for many years, they keep me looking my best!

Very professional and knowledgeable.
Very quick and rushed
Best experience at a dermatologist (or any doctor) I’ve ever had. She really looked at my skin and explained the treatment plan so clearly. I felt so good leaving there and the medicine is working. Also, only waited a couple minutes before being called in, and the office is SO clean! Highly recommend.
Very professional and helpful.

Beautiful office. Was greeted and guided through the check-in process. Provider and nurse were extremely knowledgeable and polite.

Went for a yearly skin check and ended up getting a few biopsies on the spot. The interaction was professional and swift but not rushed. Easiest healthcare experience I’ve ever had.
Verified patient
Excellent, the best medical care I’ve received.

My visit was on Friday and I was told that that the prescription will be sent within an hour. However it was not sent and there is no way of calling the hospital on weekend. This has resulted in loss of time over the weekend and my condition got worse over the weekend. This is an awful experience. Please ensure prescriptions are sent as promised

I got the treatment I needed for acne and it has been working which is good. However, both times I have been in the office the appointments have felt very rushed. The doctors and practitioners speak so fast as if they just want to get the visit over with quickly and move onto the next patient. I can barely get a word in. Doesn’t really seem like they care very much. To put it bluntly.
Dr. Jacob was very informative and she seems to really want to help me with my problem. She's offered me some great products to use.

It was a fast, productive visit. My doctor promptly removed several moles on my initial visit to the office. I was barely even in the office for an hour, yet all my concerns were addressed. One of the more pleasant doctors office experiences I’ve had. I would definitely go back for any other dermatology needs.
I was booked for an assistant of Dr Jacob, which I had my hang ups about since I had a chronic case of Perorial dermatitis and wanted to get the best care possible. She insisted that her 1 sample size of each medication would be enough to hold me over while my rash heals. The assistant gave me a .5oz of the cream I’m supposed to use which I of course immediately ran out of since I was in major suffering that day and was desperate for options. Then she gave me 2 antibiotics which was supposed to hold me over while Carepoint delivered the rest of my prescription. Nope. My appointment with her was on a Thursday. Carepoint isn’t open/doesn’t make any deliveries on the weekend. So that means I’ve taken two antibiotics with no antibiotics available for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and possibly Tuesday. What kind of doctor prescribes antibiotics that carelessly? Not only will this result in my rash most likely returning, but because of their stinginess on samples my body could become immune to the antibiotics by the time they arrive. Had i known their stinginess would effect my health I would have just purchased the full size medications!!! Oh and don’t even bother trying to give the office a call. They are rude, patronizing and useless. ????
My appointment wasn’t put into their calendar so I was forced to wait an extra hour to be seen - I came in on a Tuesday to have an allergy test done and a separate facial. I was told the allergy test couldn’t be done because the doctor was busy and that I couldn’t have a facial done because i would need a separate appointment. I was charged my deductible to waste 2 and a half hours of my time to be told to pay that same deductible the next week and then 3 more times for a simple patch test. This is the worst dermatologist I’ve ever been to.

Dr. Jacob was awesome, had Injectable Treatment - Neuromodulator and it was customized for my face. I've had a few friends venture into botox land and hate it because they got a standard treatment that made them frozen and miserable for months. Highly recommend.

Not usually someone to leave bad reviews but I unfortunately ran into a couple of problems with my visit and, although I thought the doctor was fine, had quite a few critical admin issues with the office, listed below: 1) I spent the time to complete the ZocDoc checkin form ahead of my appointment. When I arrived they told me there system wasn’t integrated with ZocDoc (no indication on their page) and I had to complete a pretty long form in person (identical to that on ZocDoc lol). 2) Received promotional/marketing emails from the office after requesting not to. Also, the best part is the emails do not seem to allow you to unsubscribe from all (meaning you have to unsubscribe from each marketing email list such as the weekly newsletter, the promos, and etc.). I had to block the address haha. 3) My prescription still has not been sent to the pharmacy I requested, or any pharmacy I think. It’s been over 24 hrs since my appointment so wondering what happened there. 4) No way to contact anyone at the office. I tried to call the office about my missing prescription and they don’t actually have an option to speak with a real human. You can only leave a message. I’ve left two and haven’t heard back from anyone. Bummer it didn’t work out because I feel like I could really use the medication they prescribed me for what is currently a somewhat painful ailment. Hopefully I’ll be able to get it someday but may have just wasted my money at this place.

Great staff!
The staff were expedient, warm, and knowledgeable. I was able to get three minor procedures taken care of right away and with minimal discomfort. I felt like my concerns were understood and treated correctly. I also gained new respect for the power of liquid nitrogen. Thank you guys for your help today!
Experience was wonderful start to finish – perfect and friendly staff and the physician assistant that saw me was super kind, friendly, and had an amazing bedside manner and quickly assessed my issues and set up a treatment plan and follow up. I could not have asked for better experience and will definitely be back and refer friends
