Dr. Kislin was excellent. I would highly recommend her. However, The way the appointment was mishandled is troublesome, to say the least. The appointment I made here on ZocDoc with Dr. Notis for a specific day and time was NOT reflected on the Doctor's office appointment schedule!! As I stood there on my appointment day at the doctor's office, They Were scratching their heads trying to find me in the system and they couldn't. Better yet, I was told this wasn't one of Dr. Notis' scheduled work day at that office. Needless to say I was a bit pissed. However the lady at the front desk was trying to be as helpful as she can, and offered me an appointment for an hour later the same day with Dr Kislin instead. It was my first visit anyway, so I accepted in order to avoid the hassle of having to come back again for the same appointment.
The eye exam itself went very well with Dr Kislin. She was thorough, very knowledgable and competent, and pleasant. I would highly recommend her. I just wished the office didn't botch up appointments like that. My experience may not have turned out OK, had they turned me away that day. It was bad enough that they didn't have my appointment listed And they had to reschedule me for one hour later.

Extremely thorough and also explained every detail, love that this doctor is actually up to date with technology too, it makes the whole process so much smoother and less of a hassle. I would recommend her to anyone.

LOVED Dr. Kislin and the girls who assisted her. Not a huge fan of the front office staff. I entered the office (pretty). The waiting room was empty. I noticed there was a clipboard on the desk and I signed in for my appt. I was not greeted or spoken to. Waited 10+ minutes before I was even acknowledged another 5 mins or so before I could get the new patient paperwork. (The same paperwork I had asked if it was available online or could be emailed or faxed to me... and was told "NO" ) I guess the conversation about nails, preference in length and color, and the manicurist who does them was more important. I would have liked to have been informed about the additional fees that were due at the visit... so that I could have been prepared. Even with that said, I will definitely return. Once I was called back for my appt., I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff and the Doctor.

Doctor Kislin is a great OD. She makes you feel very comfortable and the staff is great. The offices are clean and the equipment is state of art.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kislin to my family and friends.

Staff was attentive. Doc was energetic, well spoken, understood our perspective and anticipated questions. My son was getting contacts for the first time and he trusted her immediately. Overall great visit. We couldn't be more happy with the selection.
