The doctor was great but they could use training for the receptio ist at the customer service desk. They gave me conflictimg information and it was difficult to call in. I was on hold by the receptionist for 22 min the forst time and 20 minutes the second. However, when i got in there, no one was on the phone and the office was empty with the two receptionists. They did not have the best attitude. The actual doctor and lady who took me to the back was really good.

Wait times are short. However, Dr. Gibson likes to schedule too many appointments, which are wasteful from a time and cost perspective. He’s nice but kinda weird. I switched my care because it seems as if he’s trying to get money from the many appointments vs providing quality care.

Kind of a long wait but they said there was an mix up with scheduling I guess that happens but after finally seeing the doctor he was very patient with me sympathetic as well as empathetic. He showed great concern for my well being and reassured me that he would take great care of my needs.
This was my first visit to Dr. GIBSON. He was very professional and kind. He asked a lot good questions about my health and made good recommendations for me. My knees have been giving me problems and Dr. GIBSON have me a simple diagnosis and remedy. Office staff was professional and attentive.
