I HATED the experience of completing my health info on the computer, only to discover that the thorough info i provided was not auto- uploaded to my chart. Waiting 2-5 days for my lab results was nothing I've ever experienced before. Having to wait for 3 weeks to meet with my doctor to discuss the results is not comforting. I've not received any communication from the doctors office to address the negative results that I received from Quest Diagnostics.

If you are needing to find a new PCP, please make Dr. Solomon your choice. He didn't hold any punches and also kept it real with me. Very calm demeanor and he listens as much as he shares his guidelines that he suggests. 10/10 experience.

The visit was smooth. No long wait...was seen within 10 mins. He was very knowledgeable and understood what my visit was pertaining to. I really felt like I was heard ! I will be back.

I was not thrilled with having to wait. I got there about 7:50 and they were not open. My appointment was at 8. I wasn't called back until 8:16. There were no other patients. The intake nurse asked me many repeats of the questions I had answered via the lengthy check in process on line. She said she had not checked "the other system". I uploaded multiple documents that they said they couldn't access so I emailed them. That whole process took way longer than it should have. I didn't need an exam, basically just a review of labs and screenings, and a prescription. Still left at 9:58. I was pressed for time which is why I made the appointment so early. Being the first appointment of the day really shouldn't have taken 2 hours. I can't imagine if I had come when other patients were waiting.
I did like the provider. He was fairly attentive and seemed knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Tafari and the entire medical staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. The blood tests were conducted efficiently, and the results were explained to me in a clear and understandable manner. The EKG procedure was smooth, and the doctor took the time to discuss the results with me, providing reassurance and advice.
During the physical examination, Dr. Tafari addressed all my concerns and offered valuable health and lifestyle recommendations.
Overall, the appointment was well-organized, informative, and comforting. I left feeling confident about my health and well-being thanks to Dr. Tafari and the team.

I told the office several times I was on my 1 hour lunch break the 2 times I’ve came to this office . I called before I arrived and told them . This office has no regards of people time . A guy checked in before me but his appointment was after mine and he was still taken first . I don’t understand that at all. My time is very limited I will not return to this place at all . I’m disappointed if you have over an hour -3 hours to wait come here if you don’t go else where !
