I was seen by someone else not Dr Casey Lubner so I can’t review her specifically. The NP was great but when I had meds prescribed, the office made an errror and submitted it through an NP who doesn’t have the authorization to prescribe meds so my pharmacy was not able to fill it in time. I called to get it fixed and they said they would relay the message but that it might take a few hours before they can resubmit it even though I mentioned I’m leaving for out of town. Enjoyed the dermatologist experience but disappointed with how they handled prescriptions.

Everything went very well. Greeted with smiles from all the staff. Dr. Lubnar was very approachable and easy going. She listened attentively and gave great suggestions for a treatment plan. Looking forward to seeing her in a couple of months.

Dr. Lubner was very nice and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed, and I felt she did a thorough job with the routine all-over cancer screening. The only thing was that after changing out of my clothes and into the exam gown which is open in the back, I realized that the chair for patients to sit in wasn’t covered by paper or anything so it felt a little unsanitary sitting on it in underwear

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lubner. This was one of the first appointments I’ve had in a long time where I truly felt seen and listened to throughout my entire health journey. She provided a thorough, thoughtful exam and took the time to answer all my questions, which meant so much to me during a stressful period. On top of that, she shared her own experiences in a way that was empathetic and relatable. I left feeling heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. 10/10, highly recommend!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Dr. Lubner was incredible. She did my Botox and a laser treatment and I will never go to anyone else. My skin is glowing and the Botox settled perfectly.

Dr. Lubner is an excellent dermatologist! She has helped me with my acne as well as Botox. She does a wonderful job with Botox - she listens and helps with your goals. She has great bedside manner. She is patient and calm. I love how natural the Botox looks. I highly recommend Dr. Lubner!

Dr. Lubner is amazing! She helped me with Botox and also treated a couple of skin abnormalities I’d been worried about. She’s warm, easy to talk to, and explains everything clearly. I never feel rushed, and the results look natural and flawless. Her team is friendly and efficient—such a great experience from start to finish!
