Won’t go back they were very dismissive of my concerns and relied on me to know what questions to ask to provide important information such as timeline and medium for when/how I will receive test results. It wasn’t until after I left I thought to ask because it felt like I was being shoed out.

I think this office is typical of a routine doctor visit these days. You hardly ever see a Doctor, but rather a PA. The environment is comfortable with plenty of seating while you wait and clean restroom. The PA was friendly and yet I felt like I learned about the same thing researching my issue online. I just wanted to see if I missed something - and I did get a blood test I think may be beneficial. The auxiliary staff got the job done but was not very friendly - exception was the front desk lady - and the person who checked me in who was kind and a good listener. I was surprised to see staff in jeans. The environment was very casual - not sure why they can't wear scrubs as the jeans look like they just walked in off the street - not 'clean' looking.

Casey made me feel very comfortable and her confidence and cheerfulness made for a great medical visit. Casey asked the necessary medical questions and explained every procedure she was making in the office in detail. It was a great and appreciated experience!
