This was my first time getting a Pap smear and I was very nervous about it. I chose Cassandra because I saw her amazing reviews and felt like she would be a great choice. Well, I’m so glad I listened to the reviews. I’d been searching for a provider to set this appointment up with for a while now, but never felt like I could make enough of an informed decision, until now. Cassandra calmed my anxieties and talked me through the entire thing which I’m really grateful for. She was patient with me, caring, and understanding, and she was great at answering all of my questions. The office staff is also very kind, informative, and just overall wonderful as well. I will definitely be going here again for this type of care. Will be recommending Cassandra and this location to friends and family.

I'm so glad I chose Dr. Filcidor as my new PCP. She's honestly the sweetest. She answered all of my questions and went above & beyond providing me with information regarding a specific concern I had. Her staff is AMAZING as well; from the lady at the front desk to every one of her assistants. Will definitely be going back!

What a pleasant experience a cross the board. I had not seen a health care provider in over 5+ years, I have been hesitant to entrust my health to just anyone. I came on zoc doc and found this provider and based on her profile I knew I wanted to book an appointment with Cassandra. She has impecable bedside manners, Cassandra is knowledgeable and she gave me a great sense of comfort. The administrative staff/Medical assistants where excellent as well. This facility is like a one stop shop. It was just perfect! I highly recommend you book an appointment with Cassandra for your healthcare needs.

I felt like the doctor wasn't in a rush to see me and get my visit over with. She ran through with me the next steps in my treatment very clearly.
The staff was friendly and weren't annoyed by my questions.
The location was small and it felt like the neighborhood doctor, not at all like when one goes to a hospital. I think that contributes to its success.
I felt welcome and taken care of.

Cassandra is a great NP. She listened and I didn't feel rushed during my visit. It did seem like there was some confusion with who would be checking my vitals but it was sorted out. I am definitely considering making her my PCP.

I arrived early and was seen at the scheduled time. Cassandra’s bedside manner is great. She put me right at ease and listened to my concerns. I often feel like overwhelming anxiety with GYN appointments but this wasn’t the case with her. I highly recommend this provider!

Before meeting the doctor the initial setup was polite. They were patient with me while I filled out the paperwork. Cassandra was great, she listened to my complaints, offered any suggestions, and explained what would be done at the appointment.
Everything went smoothly and quickly. They saw me probably 10-15min after my scheduled appointment then the rest was taking blood. I spent a good hr in that office which is great compared to other places.
