This was my first time visiting Dr. Boinest's office. I had a midday appointment and I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and filling out my paperwork. Dr. Boinest was efficient and friendly. I really appreciated her bedside manner and I thought she was thorough in discussing my concerns and in discussing any necessary referrals. I was able to get the blood drawn for my bloodwork right downstairs where there was a 5 minute wait. I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Boinest and appreciate the efficient and great service of the office.

I've seen Dr. Boinest a few times since moving to DC. Each time I have found that she is very thorough, attentive, asks a lot of questions, and she follows up/communicates with you after the appointment as well. She is kind and has a good bedside manner, though admittedly her focus on testing and follow-ups initially made me nervous. Having seen her a few times though, I've now found that she is just trying to make sure she covers all bases and she is understanding and willing to consider your preferences, so it has become easier to talk to her more openly.

Dr. Boinest and her staff were great. I was seen right away and Dr. Boinest spent time talking to me and was very efficient but through. This can be hard to find! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.

The office personnel are very professional and efficient, I did not wait any time at all before my name was called.
The nurse knows her job well and very responsive.
The doctor was thorough; she doesn't have my medical records but she knows how to asked all the right questions. I'm confident that I'm in the good hands with her and her staff.
