Pros: Staff was great: professional, courteous and respectful. Office seemed overall clean and neat. Very happy with the care received.
Cons: Upon arrival, the smell of cooked food was OVERWHELMING in the waiting room. The whole area reeked strongly of chicken. It was offensive, and was very unprofessional. Also, even though we were escorted to the back within 30 minutes initially, there were several more periods of long waiting in between getting various preliminary tests done. In total, I would say treatment time amounted to 20-25 minutes, and wait time was 1.5 hours. (We arrived at 2pm and didn't leave until just before 4pm.) This was way too much. Hopefully Zoc Doc is not giving us double bookings:(

Short wait time. Professional and knowledgeable staff. The office entertainment system is set to a channel that addresses health topics from an African-American focus. As a non African-American I found it to be less relevant to me than a more generic channel would be. The doctor spent an adequate amount of time with me and explained everything thoroughly without a rush. That is much appreciated and increasingly rare these days.

Wait time was a little long; however, everyone was very courteous and professional once I was admitted. Dr. Lowe was very thorough and gave as much time as was needed and made sure you understood everything.
