Dr. Marcum was great! Very Professional and made me feel comfortable.
The office itself seems a bit disorganized. I had an 8:10 appointment and signed in at 7:55. The front desk person didn't even call me up to fill out paperwork until 8:25. It was not because they were busy and backed up with patients. The whole waiting room could hear their conversations about hair.

It was great! If at all possible it would be nice to have some idea of the cost of the prescriptions prior to getting to the pharmacy...at least if they are very expensive so I could discuss with the doctor alternatives if available.

Dr. Marcum was very pleasant as was her assistant. She was quick and thorough. I was very cofortable during my procedure. The assistant was wonderful when administering the lidocaine; I didn't even feel the needle! Highly recommend.

Doctor Marcum and the other women were great. They were very friendly and professional. The appointment was pretty speedy and they were very helpful. This was my first dermatologist appointment, they even gave me a few minutes to myself to call my insurance to make sure everything was covered before they proceeded. I will definitely be going back for my yearly check up and would reccommend Doctor Marcum to my friends.

I thought Dr. Marcum was extremely professional, thorough and very friendly. I had two moles removed and it took only a matter of minutes. It was also pain free. The nurses and receptionists were also very friendly. I will definitely recommend them to my network of friends and family.
