“I arrived to my appointment early like they asked me to the secretary took good care of me got my insurance information looked up for me since I did not have my card she had it all taken care of for me and everything moved pretty quickly sat down with a tablet for 5 minutes and then after I was done doctor called me in within 5 minutes I was very impressed with the crew they were all very nice and professional keep up the good work see you in 2 weeks for check up.”

The doctor and staff seemed nice. For someone without a long history of malignant skin cancers, I would potentially recommend this doctor. However as someone who has had literally hundreds of biopsies (at least half of which have been malignant/positive for cancer) I felt like I was not taken seriously. Most of my previous cancerous spots have had smooth borders, and instead they met the criteria of "E" (of the ABCDE's of skin cancer - E meaning evolution- e.g. new spots, or moles that change/quickly) , yet this doctor saw my new moles (that I pointed out as new /darkening and spots of concern) she was quick to dismiss bc they had some smooth edges. I literally can't afford to risk having a doctor who is too cautious or passive with my skin cancer nor one who doesn't take it as seriously as I do, so I won't be back.

Friendly, Took biopsy from two spots. I am full of moles which itch my back. Most of the moles I have are haretatary. I made an appointment with Zoey because of the great reviews she has. I would definitely see her again..

I cannot thank Zoey Francis at Academic Alliance in Dermatology enough for the exceptional care she provided. After suffering from a nail issue caused by trauma four years ago—and being brushed off by previous providers—I was losing hope. I had seen multiple specialists, including a hand surgeon and another dermatologist, but no one truly helped or listened to me.
That changed when I met Zoey Francis. She listened carefully to everything I had gone through, examined my nail, and immediately offered a solution. She removed the damaged nail that same day and prescribed medication to treat it. Her professionalism, empathy, and quick action were exactly what I needed.
It’s rare to find a provider who genuinely listens and takes immediate, effective action. Zoey Francis restored my trust in dermatological care, and I am beyond grateful for her help. Highly recommended!

The Best Dermatologist I’ve Seen in Years!
