Dr. Cathy Naughton, MD attended M.I.T. in Cambridge, Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Life Sciences. She received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr Naughton completed her post-graduate general surgical and subspecialty urological surgery residency training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She then received the American Foundation for Urologic Disease (AFUD) Research Award Scholarship. She subsequently completed a clinical fellowship in Male Infertility and Microsurgery with Anthony J. Thomas, Jr., MD at the Glickman Urological Institute at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She was Assistant Professor, Director of Male Infertility and Microsurgery at Washington University School of Medicine from 2001-2006.
Dr. Cathy Naughton is a Board Certified Urologist by the American Board of Urology (2003). Dr. Naughton’s professional society memberships include the American Urological Association, Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for Male Reproduction and Urology, and American Society of Andrology. She is past President of the Society of Women in Urology. Dr. Naughton has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Urology, Urology, Journal of Andrology, and Biology of Reproduction. She has presented her work at national meetings and has been invited to lecture locally, regionally, and nationally.

She is quick! In and out. :) Really she was very nice and professional. I arrived about 30 minutes early to fill out all the first time paper work. Over all in and out in one and half hours. I did find her to be pressed for time but what doctor isn't. She covered all of my concerns. Thanks Dr. Naughton!

Dr. Naughton was very personable, friendly and compassionate. She truly seemed interested in my problem and gave several options for fixing the situation and which approach she would ultimately take. True, sometimes it is not what a patient wants to hear, but at least she was honest!
