As a new patient, Dr. Vanden Heuvel took a lot of extra time discussing all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed at all during my visit. I had a follow-up appointment 6 weeks following my initial visit and I was in and out quickly (since I did not have to wait in line for the Doctor and my follow-up looked good health wise. She sent my prescription to my pharmacy immediately so I didn't have to wait for anyone else to get me the presciption or bring it so the pharmacy myself. Dr. Vanden Heuvel is very thorough in her examination and doesn't waste any time which I don't have a lot of extra!
