Dr. Calderon is so caring and attentive. She listens to your concerns and prescribes medication to make you feel better. She treats her patients like family and I really appreciate her for that. Highly recommend her.

The address given on this site for the doctor is incorrect. I showed up at the address for the 181 st. Urgent Care Center and was there for 3+ hours waiting despite having an appointment. If you're looking for a primary care physician, don't waste your time trying here.

The doctor wasn’t there when I came for my appointment, but since it was an urgent care they just assigned me to another doctor. The wait was long because I was included in all the people at the urgent care. Ittook a very long time to get my test results, and I had to leave a message and a email to get a call from the doctor. I will be looking for another pcp next year.

Dr Calederon's office is an urgent care clinic - even at 8:30am the office is packed with people waiting to be seen. My appointment with her was super rushed and she seemed disinterested. Super long wait time and did not feellike the issue I came in for was cared for or resolved.

First of all, the facility is INSANELY BUSY! It's loud and crowded. By the time I got there, there was no where to sit and the nurses kept yelling at me to sit and get out of the way. So. Frustrating.I was taken into rooms and then back into the waiting area a total of 3 times. It was the longest visit to a consultation I've ever experienced. When I finally saw the doctor, she honestly wasn't that thorough. I had a sore throat for 3 days prior and told her. She looked at my throat and said, "nah you're fine"... I got full blown sick 2 days later. She refilled a prescription for me, and it ended up being the wrong one, but because I didn't want to go back and deal with that horrible facility I haven't fixed it. Overall, the worst medical experience I've had.

I really appreciated the staff and the Dr. Calderon. She was kind and efficient. Her staff at the front desk also was so on top of it and kind. The wait time was intense. I was scheduled at 1130 and leftat 3pm. That was the draw back. The rest was wonderful.
