I was a new patient to Doctor Galizia. I just have finished the first visit with her. She's awesome!! She's Very professional, knowledgeable, kind,patient,thoughtful,alwayse spend time listening her patient, not rushy at all. And organized everything for the patient so perfectly! I have been so cared to see doctor, have some sort of doctor phobia since I was a little kid, but doctor Galizia makes me feel so comfortable during the whole visit. I entirely trust her as my primary care doctor. All the other staff are very nice too(receptionist, doctor Galizia's nurse, and x ray technician JJ). They rock!!

Dr. Galizia came highly recommended to me by Dr. Greg Sharon when I was in need of a PCP after my PCP died November 2021. This was my 2nd visit; I like that he clinic is quiet and calm.

Dr. Celeste was incredible. My appointment was for clearance to have surgery next week. I was diagnosed with cancer last August. Normally I see Elizabeth Mann the PA. Yesterday I needed to meet with a doctor. Celeste made me feel safe and comfortable. It was clear she had taken the time to know my case. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly and more. I love when I’m able to feel a personal connection with a doctor. I would absolutely feel comfortable seeing her again. She took her time, answered my questions and made me feel good heading into surgery next week. We shared feelings about life, health and more. Both she and Christine the nurse took the time to wipe down materials in the room. I was nervous about being in a doctors office at the end of the day because of germs. I just completed chemo 5 weeks ago and have limited stamina and walk with a Walker. I was nervous about touching surfaces. They were great. Elizabeth the receptionist also went above and beyond.

Everyone from the receptionist, MA, and Dr were very courteous and listened with intent and interest which I appreciated. I didn’t have a PCP as I haven’t gotten Ill and needed one often but when I would go to one occasionally I was never very impressed with level of interest or knowledge for my specific health concerns. I felt differently with Dr G. She made me feel very comfortable from the start and listened to my concerns. She agreed with me and prescribed appropriately what I had hoped. She explained everything very well and did not order up unnecessary tests. I felt that the visit was successful in what I was trying to accomplish and I have now found a trusted PCP I will continue to go back to as needed. She is slightly a longer drive then some but well worth the extra 5 or so minutes to get there.

Staff checked my billing history for me. Doc Galizia actually looked in my ears, throat, nose and eyes. Made clear visual diagnosis of my current condition. Discussed a plan for my future health taking into concern my opinions.

Dr Galezia is the best doctor for her concern and ability to listen and HEAR what the patient wants to convey. She care and it shows by her attention towards you. I only want her as my doctor and prays she stays where she is in Lake Zurich. I am so grateful I am in her care with what’s coming up with this recent discovery. She is the only reason I am with this group.
