Samantha was on time for my appointment. I’ve had previous experiences where the provider took forever to come on and had me waiting. She was polite and spoke with a calm and friendly tone which was comforting. First and foremost, I felt she listened. This is my biggest thing with any provider. She allowed contribution of my input when making a decision for my health visit in deciding which medication to prescribe and together we can to a decision. That is good health care delivery. She was knowledgeable and allowed for answering questions at the end. Overall, I was pleased with my telehealth visit with Samantha!
