I set an appointment for 5:30 which was confirmed. I show up at 5:15 and was told that she does not take new appointments after 5:00. So why would you confirm it? SMH

I waited over an hour to see her. My appointment was for 12pm and I wasn’t seen until 1:05 pm. Then when I did she her, she dismissed my concerns facing her computer, rarely even making eye contact with me.
