There were no other patients waiting. I was taken on time. I told them I tested positive for COVID the last evening. The staff took my vitals and gave me Covid test. The PA checked my lungs. She checked if my medications could tolerate Paxlovid. One medicine could not. I Was advised to contact my primary care doctor for follow up. This PA does not prescribe medication. She advised that i speak to my doctor about changing my BP medications since my BP was very high. She called me afterwards to see if my BP was lower and it was since I monitor at home.

The only part of the experience I did not like was that the exam room led directly from the waiting area. Because of the area, I didn't necessarily feel like that was private enough, the proximity to the public was a bit disconcerting, when in a clinical setting, waiting to be seen.

I went in with a serious breathing problem. They were phenomenal. they gave me oxygenated medication. A shot and I felt better with prescriptions already waiting for me at cvs next door. Plus they all have a sense of humor.
