I was the first appointment of the morning and the provider (his first time to this location) was 35 min late in arriving to the office (opened at 9am, showed up to the office at 9:35, plus time to get to the exam room) Then my appointment was rushed to the point where I asked if he even looked in my ears (after declaring I had fluid).

Absolutely terrific!
The able assistant at front desk, along w/ NPractioner Perrier-Diaz both were smart, professional, kind and gave clear, detailed instruction.
So happy to have found this in my neighborhood- there are other options
a few blocks closer, but 2 west 86th was top notch in every way and I
will definitely use them as first choice.

This was my first visit. I was easily able to make an appointment at night for first thing the following morning. The location and hours are very convenient. The only problem I encountered was not being able to get into the building! The intercom from outside to the medical office wasn't working.
The front desk person was fine. Dr Laura K. was outstanding. Dr Laura listened to my concerns, and considered my medical history in prescribing for me. She was business-like, friendly and professional.

I was called in for no reason when lied to on. The phone that my blood work from the previous day was “not good “ and they needed a new sample. The nurse then stuck me FOUR TIMES TO FIND BLOOD AND I WAS SCREAMING IN PAIN. ! No blood was taken and I was left with a bunch of bandaids hanging off my skin and then they proceed to tell me “oh my goodness we made a mistake hahaha your blood work is fine !” I am livid and will never go to urgent care again.

The registrar asked for my United Health Care number which i did not have, as I assumed Medicare was enough. She later checked and was told that they did not need that. I had a swollen ankle, but they did not have an Xray technician available on that day. I proceeded to the local ER for further treatment.
