Went to see Dr. Oner this morning and I was completely satisfied. I usually don't write any reviews but she deserves one. I was so nervous but she made me feel comfortable. She was very opened to questions and I didn't feel like she was rushing through all the whole process. She constantly asked me if I have anymore questions and even gave me her card to call her in case I had any questions after my visit. Would definitely reccomend her.

Ceyda Oner is a warm and compassionate OB-GYN in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Oner obtained her medical degree from Trakya Universitesi Tip Fakultesi, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center.
She owns a private practice and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and the Society for Gynecologic Investigation.
Dr. Oner was previously a clinical assistant professor at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. She has a number of research publications in recognized journals and has attended many annual conferences. She also received the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgery Resident Achievement Award and the Junior Resident Research Presentation Recognition of Excellence.

My first appointment with the doctor was cancelled without notice from the office just online via ZocDoc. I rescheduled. I waited over two and a half hours for my appointment with Dr. Oner and even then my appointment took over an hour as I got shuffled from one person to the next and room to room. Despite the fact that I filled out my forms online with ZocDoc the office staff still had me fill out the forms in the office. Not only do they have two copies of my paperwork and a copy of my insurance card somewhere, they are now billing me for my visit saying that I have no insurance on file with them. I agree with the previous review about the weird urinalysis setup in the office. Dr. Oner was fine and I liked that she took the time to sit in her office with me to talk about birth control etc. but I would still not recommend her just due to the chaos of the office.

The front desk were accommodating when I was running late. They are nice but extremely busy. There were a ton of people waiting to be seen. I was in the office for about 3.5 hours including wait time, seeing and speaking to the nurse (note: when they take a urine sample you have to pee in the cup, take a sticky from the side and then place it on the cup yourself and then put it next to everyone else's urine in the bathroom. This sort of skeeved me out a bit and it's kind of scary thinking that your urine is just out in the open for anyone to change out the names, throw out, pee in, etc. I think this system should be changed, be more hygenic and let the people who work there handle the samples once you urinate, not just leave them in the bathroom. Dr. Oner is extremely nice, thorough and knows her sfuff

Dr. Oner was incredibly personable and immediately made me feel comfortable. Throughout the entire visit she kept asking if I had any questions, which was very reassuring. She even gave me her direct extension just in case I had any questions after the visit. Unfortunately I had to wait two hours in a crowded waiting room before seeing the doctor. There weren't enough seats for the 15+ people who were waiting at any given time and the office staff was not very helpful.

Dr. Oner was compassionate, listened to my concerns, and put me at ease immediately. I am so glad to have found her! I felt very comfortable in her care, and her staff was kind as well. My long search for a great OB is finally over thanks to Dr. Oner.

Arrived at 10 for a 10 AM appointment, filled out forms and was taken into the back almost immediately for a history with a nurse, who was very professional and kind. Met with Dr. Oner who was thorough but not at all pushy, very respectful, upbeat attitude. Exam was brief and painless, blood draw was expertly done. I've always had great experiences with female gynecologists and this was no exception.

Dr.Oner is very very nice. She is very sweet she listens to what you have to say as well as addressing the problem. She is a keeper! This is my second appointment yes the office can be very full but it is worth it.The staff is also great especially the short hispanic lady lol I HIGHLY recommend this doctor.

Well, if it wasn't for how much I liked Dr Oner personally, I would never recommend this office. First, don't bother filling out the forms online as suggested by ZocDoc - this Dr's office doesn't accept them and you will have to do them all over (an obscene amount of forms) when you get there.
I arrived at 8:57 for a 9am appointment and nobody that worked at the office was there yet. "train troubles"
Then, I went to submit my copay & was told they only take cash or checks. When I told them I didn't have either, the front office then said they do take credit cards.
all in all, I waited more than hour to be seen by Dr. Oner, and my total appointment took about 1.5 hrs.
Despite all this, Dr. Oner was very professional, explained things thoroughly, and had a very pleasant bedside manner. It's just too bad the administration side of her office is not on par.

Dr. Oner is great! She's personable, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The office was extremely busy the day I went. It was so busy that people were standing in the waiting room, but I didn't feel rushed at all with Dr. Oner. I highly recommend her, but I did not like the wait time. It was crowded and uncomfortable especially having to wait close to two hours. Hopefully that will not always be the case.

Dr. Oner has excellent bedside manner, she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease from the minute she walks in the door. She is very patient and takes all the time to answer questions, even when she's very busy (which she inevitably always is). I've never felt so comfortable with anyOBGYN, I used to think it was a losing battle finding a specialist that was attentive, warm, caring, while also providing high quality care and I'm so happy to have found her.
Also the nursing staff was very kind and efficient, as were the reservations/intake staff - that may seem like a small point but as they're the first people you encounter so they have a big role in what constitutes a good doctor's visit. I'm so happy to see that this aspect has been attended to as well.
