Dr. Chad Hartman grew up in a small town in Missouri. In High School Dr. Hartman was involved in sports including Basketball and Golf. After graduating High School he attended Kansas University and earned a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry.
From there he continued on to attend The Illinois College of Optometry where he earned his Doctorate. He is proficient with Spanish. Dr. Hartman lives in Oak Lawn with his wife Nancy, new born son Aidan (7/13/2012) and two little dogs. He looks forward to helping his friends and neighbors by providing the best possible vision care and eye health examinations available.
