Super kind and gentle with my super sensitive, irritated eyes. Quickly determined the problem and provided samples of the eye drops I needed so I didn’t need to rush to the pharmacy.

I went in for a lasik eye surgery consultation and the doctor told me I wasn't eligible for surgery for a year because my prescription was too old. She then proceeded to give me an eye exam and brought a new set of contact lenses to the exam room, when I never asked to purchase them. She lead me to another table, gave the contact lenses to her assistant who proceeded to bring out glasses for me to try, all unsolicited (I never asked for either). When I told the assistant I was only there for a consultation, she gave me a mean look and I was finally able to dip without paying more out of pocket than originally expecting

Dr Namrata is really good and I like her professionalism. They have appropriate equipments to get baseline for the vision and to get clear picture of Retina. She explained me the report in details which was satisfactory. Only issue I had that they tried to sell me sunglasses on unreasonable prices.
