Dr. Chaim Kaplan is a dedicated and diligent gynecologist, serving the Brooklyn community for close to 20 years. Dr. Kaplan attended the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, where he received his medical degree and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Maimonides Medical Center. Dr. Kaplan is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Patients see Dr. Kaplan for a variety of reasons, including annual female examination, hormonal disturbances, cycle control, family planning, abdominal and pelvic pain, urinary problems, initial infertility workup, menopausal health and many other areas of women’s health. The presence of ultrasound services provided on premises conveniently allows for prompt and accurate diagnosis of various medical conditions. Special attention is being paid to preventative measures to preserve and improve patients’ health and wellbeing through non-medicinal interventions or the least invasive treatment options available today through the advances in the modern science of medical care. Dr. Kaplan strongly believes in his patients being equal partners in achieving the maximal benefit from developing healthy habits in the area of nutrition and physical activity. Dr. Kaplan is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing, and the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs. Dr. Kaplan speaks English, Russian and Hebrew fluently, which makes him widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. In addition, multicultural office staff includes Spanish and Uzbek speaking personnel to accommodate diverse demographics unique to our great city.

The new patient process was very quick and efficient. Front desk was very helpful. Dr.Kaplan was very knowledgeable and made my visit quick and painless. Would definitely recommend coming here but be cautious that waiting times might be higher since they have many patients/doctors so plan accordingly!

Waited 2 hours for my first appointment. The doctor kept trying to talk over me which was annoying. Then I waited more than 2 hours for a phone call to get my test results. I know doctors are busy but could you at least try to be respectful of patients time? It’s obgyn not the ER?!

Terrible service! They kept making me wait for an hour and lying that he has only one patient inside. One patent never takes up an hour! Then turns out there system was down and they didnt put my info on the system meanwhile making me sign and fill up 45 unnecessary forms. Im so furious, so mad Just because I decided to pay this doctor and came to this office. They owe me my sanity. Mind you, I needed to do the urine test. Had to hold my pee for a whole hour.

Horrible experience. Waited almost two hours to be seen. Staff kept saying “they’re getting the room ready” for almost 30 minutes.
Safe to say, I’m never coming back to this office again. I don’t appreciate liars.

Doctor Kaplan is straightforward clear and professional. Good doctor and I will be back. Read the reviews prior to coming so I was prepared to wait a bit. Will definitely be back
