Really long wait for a simple appt. I left feeling more confused about my ailment than I was when I arrived. She didn’t seem to have any answers or recommendations for me.

I waited in a cold office until nearly three hours after my appointment time. Examination was cursory. I was never notified of test results. I have called twice to try to get them. I went to another gynecologist ten days later. It turns out I have ovarian cancer.

Dr. Li had to perform a C section so I ended up seeing another doctor. It was still an efficient and great experience.

Dr. Li was very nice and my problems with this visit was not because of her in any way. In fact, she had it worse than the patients as she was running around from patient to patient that she had nottaken any breaks, including lunch for the whole day. Despite having an appointment, I waited 3 hours to be seen. The problem here lies in the fact that there was only one doctor working that day (Dr. Li) but two separate schedules, one for OB and one for GYN. Please tell me how one doctor can be in 2 exam rooms at once? Not to mention that this office does not respect and honor appointments at all. If 10 people just so happens to walk in right before your appointment time, they will be seen before you. Something is majorly wrong with the way this office works and I should know since I work at a medical office. All my respect to Dr. Li for still being so courteous despite the crazy, insane schedule.

Dr. Li was great - but I waited 2 hours in the waiting room past my appointment time only to wait another 40 minutes once in the treatment room. Not sure how they get to everyone in one day - it was a zoo in there.

I made an appointment on Zocdoc for 11:15. The office called and scheduled to 12:30. I arrived around 12:14 and handed in my papers around 12:18. They told me it would be 20 Minutes. After 30 mins I was taken toa second waiting room for another 30 minutes. wasn't actually seen by the doctor until nearly 2pm. I went back and forth to the front desk several times and no one even apologized. Staff is not billingual, which is fine but don't advertise as such. Hopefully won't have to come back.

Professional doctor but I waited for my appointment for about 4 hrs . Unfortunately it was an urgent appointment so I forced myself to wait even though I was one of the first appointments . She came 2 hrs late andI found myself waiting in the room for about another 45 mins until she saw me and made me feel rushed .She is definitely knowledgeable however I felt like I had to force her to sit down and explain to me a little better what was going on . I won’t be coming back but she’s a good doctor if u have enough patience to wait for her to see you :/ .

Dr. Angie is very efficient, attentive, and kind. She is warm and made me feel very comfortable and also seemed very knowledgeable about the issues I had. She is also very quick to respond about medications and prescriptions, even when I needed things last minute ASAP. Would recommend!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Angie Li for a couple of years now. She’s professional, sweet, and cares about you. But the wait is dreadful. I came in at 12 and was there until 3:30pm. I’m going to continue to see her but the wait time is killing me.

As other reviews said, she was very late in showing up to the office. It was over 45 min from my appointment when I was brought back by a nurse, and over an hour from appointment when I actually saw thedoctor. This was with me pushing pretty directly and telling them multiple times I had a hard cut off where I would walk out due to another appointment. Their response was to offer the male doctor to me, which I was not open to. Once I actually did see her, she was very relaxed, quick, professional and took time to answer any questions.

I never even met Dr. Li. After waiting in her office for over 20 minutes without being helped, I asked reception only to hear that Dr. Li was on her way to the office and would not be available for another 40 minutes--over an hour after my scheduled appointment.

I got there and they told me that there were 8 patients in front of me and that it would be a 2 hour wait. They then offered for me to be seen by a man. I was seen 30 minutesafter my appointment time and everything was smooth from there.

I really liked Dr. Li but was very turned off by the reception desk and the general atmosphere of the office.. I arrived 30 minutes early and was brought to the small office after 20 minutes. The nurse took my blood pressureand brought me to the patient room then disappeared for 30 minutes! I was pretty annoyed and debated walking out because I had already been there for an hour at this point so I walked out and asked where the doctor was. Dr. Li was attending to two other patients simultaneously! Although she had bedside manners, this was not ideal for a doctor's visit..

This place is a circus. Having a scheduled appointment means nothing and you should always expect 45 to 90 minute wait. The staff is so disorganized, unreliable and not very helpful. - got my insurance info wrong and made it impossiblefor me to pick up a necessary prescription - scheduled me for a 10am appt, at 10:20 no receptionist is even there - see a different person each time, noone answers any questions, no continuance - can't seem to confirm whether my bloodwork was submitted for the tests i requested Don't go here. If you absolutely must, then stay on top of the staff, follow up on everything and advocate for yourself, because noone that works there will.

If you are checking these reviews before you go then good for you! You still have a chance to not go. My appointment was at 2pm. As soon as i walked in the door the receptionist told me Dr.Li is athome and she's coming. I was finally get to see her after i waited 3 hours. I saw her at 5. Also her staffs were very unprofessional. The whole office was full of mess, they were constantly getting a calls and it was very distracting. Idk if it's because of this but most of them were very cranky all the time. Moreover whoever test the urine she made me to carry and hold it for her until she's finished the test and i needed to throw it away.

I made an appointment today at 4:45pm. Even though I arrived early like around 4:15pm I were still able to see Dr. Angie at around 6:30pm. I had to go for something at 7:00pm so actually I didn’t even get enoughtime to talk or consult her. She did her job just like routine. There was nothing new really. I know my condition very well since I have been seeing different doctors for the past 4 or 5 years. Two things made me less satisfied: one was the waiting time; the second was that I had to talk to the assistant and the doctor about the same thing twice and over again in very limited time. Dr. Angie might be very experienced in her field but so far I didn’t see anything related from long waiting time and short seeing time. I hope it gets better in the future.

I really appreciate the services Dr. Li provide. She is very professional, listens to concerns and offers solutions. The office is always a bit crowded and appears to be overbooked because the wait is over an hour, so do t comeearly. I’d recommend booking later in the day. I forgive the office wait, as Dr.Li and her staff are very friendly and efficient.
