She rushed and didn't take the time to answer my questions. Her front desk staff had to either contact me or be contacted more than six times for my one appointment. Incompetent staff is just the beginning.

I do not like that I sit in the treatment room for 45 minutes before someone comes to see me. I do no like to it in a room without my clothes on and wait for 45 minutes. I did not like that when the two male doctors finally arrived to the room, they knocked and immediately barged into the room. I should have been able to answer and let them know I was decent before opening the door very widely. The doctor did not tell me what he was doing. He just stuck the instrument inside as well as his fingers without warning. Finally, after completing the exam, he just walked out the room. No one even told me that it was okay for me to get dressed until I had been sitting in there for 10 minutes and someone else came into the room to tell me it was okay for me to get dressed. I am not pleased with this office. I was also called by my sister's name who is also a patient in the office instead of my name.
