Dr. Sikirat Yetunde Oropo, DNP, APNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, is dual-licensed, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 21 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Sikirat Oropo earned her bachelor's degree from Jacksonville State University, her Master of Nursing degree from Georgia State University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and Post Master certification in PMHNP from Chamberlain University.
Dr. Sikirat Oropo, DNP, currently works independently at her clinic, collaborating with the MD and seeing a variety of patients with acute and chronic medical illnesses and mental health disorders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
A client can expect their initial visit to be conducted in a warm, welcoming environment to build a trusting relationship. Most of my clients experience a gradual improvement in symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

Loved my visit! I've been to a lot of diff doctors for the same appt but was never told some of the prevention measures Dr Sikirta advised me of and I appreciate her so much for that. Wait was less than 5 min. Nurse was friendly. DR was in the hallway (I didn't know it was her at the time) while I was being examined and she greeted me so nice whereas others usually just walk right by you. Answered all of my questions in detail and in lamens terms which you would think all would do but they dont. Its a little ways from my house but so worth it. They also offer in home caregiver services too which I love. I HIGHLY recommend.
