He's soooo sweet!!! Amazing doctor and his staff are incredible!! The only downside to him is the wait time :( but I love how he has immediate appointments always avalible and he is just so perfect that I don't mind the wait.

Love Dr. Haddad. He and his staff are so professional and courteous. I was seen at my appointment time, and even though it was busy, the ambiance was calm and organized. I was treated by Dr. Haddad last year and my progress has been incredible. I feel lik a new person. He is truly a talented surgeon and an amazing doctor and human being. I'm very grateful to him.

The doctor was very very nice and sweet. He was very knowledgeable and his staff was ever nicer ! However, the wait was way too long, waited over an hour. My appointment was at 445pm so I would not recommended any appointments at this time, unless this is the only time you are available.
Other than that, I had a nice experience AFTER I was in the office.

Being a person who is not familIar with the Clifton area, I was nervous about what my experience would be like. However, to my surprise I had an exceptional experience, I was seen in an a hour and examined and out of the office 20 minutes after that. The exam was fast, she was patient, and provided me with the necessary medications. I would definitely return.

At first I was very upset that the wait time was so long, but once I got into my room, the doctor was so freshly, quick and efficient! Very kind and considerate. The nurses were so nice too and helped me step by step when I got bloodwork. I would recommend this office to family and friends!

Another great experience! I booked a late appointment and when I got there the office was quite full. However, I was seen quickly by the doctor, thankfully, my appointment didn't take long. I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff was busy but never lacked proffesionalism and friendliness. I especially want to thank the office manager, Ambar, for adding a personal touch and explaining certain concerns I had. I walked away feeling abit more empowered and secure about my heath. In my opinion, the health field needs more people like that. Great visit!

When I walked the office, I immediately liked it. It was clean, spacious and organized. The staff was very nice as well. They let me know that the doctor would be behind schedule because of an emergency with another patient. I could see the registered nurse, but I wanted to see the doctor first so I waited a little bit more. Once, he got there he saw me right away. He is very friendly and professional. He made me feel that I could ask questions and voice any my concerns I may have. His practice is fully equipped, which takes the hassle out of having to go to a lab or ultrasound facility. Everything is there for the patients availability and comfort. Also, I could tell how well he works with his staff, excellent team work. It was a pleasant first visit. I felt almost at home in Dr. Hassad's office.

He is a very kind doctor. But tries to help too many patients on a daily basis and does not talk to you individually to see what your individual symptoms are. But seems to know what is going on as a whole and tries to help you as fast as possible once you get to the examination room. But the wait is very, very long. He made me feel comfortable even though describing a not so comfortable situation to me.

Dr Charles is very nice and professional but when I arrived they couldn't find my appointment. However I was seen and taken care of. Then when I told them I had Medicaid it seemed like I was treated as a second class citizen. Not sure if it was just me but hoping for more hospitality on my next visit!

Best experience - Amazing. He is a very good doctor, that has helped me so much in 4 years that Ive tried to have a baby he has been there for me and now I am pregnant with twins. Nothing in this world is enough to thank him for everything he has done for me, best Dr. I know and the staff is amazing.
