The ZocDoc registration forms I took time to complete in advance of my daughter's visit were completely useless. It was a waste of my time because they would not accept them and gave me all new forms to complete. Not sure if this had anything to do with the wait in the reception area for 1 1/2 hr. I had to elevate my daughter's hurt foot on my lap as we couldn't move the reception area chairs; they were attached to each other. The office employees couldn't answer any questions about ZocDoc.
