Long wait in the car / repeated calling and getting disconnected automatically after many rings/repeatedly questioned the same..../ no dressing room / no gown!!! A sheet of very THIN paper was handed to me which ripped upon unfolding it !! I had never seen anything like this ever

Wasted my time. Refused to consider my inquiry about vasectomy even though I already have kids. Told me vasectomy was only fifty % effective and almost impossible to reverse (false) he Didn’t want to be bothered with me and seemed to just tell me things to try to turn me away. Acted like he was making a moral decision. He could’ve just called me to tell me he wasn’t gonna do it because of my age. Wasted copay as well.

Was very disappointed with this doctor and his staff. To start, the nurse/ assistant was sarcastic and obnoxious. very rude. The doctor himself looked like he would have rather been anywhere else on the planet then seeing patients that day. He wasn’t friendly at all. He was angry I didn’t bring my past records despite telling him I just moved from Brooklyn and I’m trying. I also tried to tell him I’m there for a specific problem that’s new. He refused to help me and was very rude and condescending. Luckily I found another urologist in the area who was terrific. My worst experience with a doctor ever. I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody, wasted visit.

I booked Dr. Walker because of his reviews of being thorough and someone who listened to his patients. My appointment was a minute long and that’s being generous. Did not go over any past history, etc. Said to book an appt in 2 weeks for follow up and I declined. Would not recommend.

This was my first visit with Dr. Walker and Crystal Run Healthcare. The pre-office screening and form completion were new to me but very welcome and seamless.
