I first spoke over the phone with Charlie who was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I did not have to wait at all to see Dr. Wicks, Charlie brought me right in to meet him. Dr. Wicks was very personable and I didn't feel as though I was rushed through the appointment at all. He asked and answered any questions that I had. When looking over my paperwork I explained to him that the Ins.Co. had switched my medications from one type to another because of the high costs. He realized that the interchange medicine I had been switched to over a year ago was not even in the same category nor did it perform the same function! Hopefully, with the new medication he prescribed for me I will start to feel better and be able to breathe more easily! I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Wicks again.
