Fast service. Dr visit was very fast and a little unpersonable. But overall pretty happy with this location and the speed of being able to be seen quickly.

Good visit. The doctor was friendly and easy to talk to. She listened and she provided me a referral to a specialist which coincidentally was in the same building and was able to see me right away.

Good visit. The doctor was friendly and easy to talk to. She listened and she provided me a referral to a specialist which coincidentally was in the same building and was able to see me right away.
Optum was a big place, more like a general hospital for all classes of people. The receptionists, the lab assistants, the physician's assistant were all friendly and helpful. This was my first visit. There was a queue for everything, but there were adequate chairs to sit on. Physician's assistant spent a good 15 minutes on the preliminary activities. Dr. Charmi breezed in and enquired what the issue was. She listened carefully for a couple of minutes and prescribed a test and a medicine. It was all over in less than 5 minutes!

Overall great experince.

During my appointment I was uncomfortable because of my history of being treated for EDS and my anxiety towards doctors, but high appreciation of those who actually help me. I expressed my main concern about my sleep due to the many repercussions of my EDS. However, the doctor seemed more focused on the legal issues of prescribed drugs, even though all my prescriptions were given by doctors with all the right procedures and prescriptions. I clearly stated that I didn't want stronger pain medication, but needed help with my sleep. It was a distressing experience, and I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported, but judged and treated as things I’m not, which left me in tears.
The Doctor and Nurse had zero interest in learning about my history or current health concerns. They told me I had 20/20 vision and I most certainly do not. When I went to get bloodwork done, the staff was on the phone talking to her friend about weekend plans while I was sitting there giving out my health information to her. I had to use the bathroom for a urine sample and it had no soap, toilet paper, did not flush and was overall very unclean. Overall, I do not think I will be back in that office.
My experience was great. I definitely will be back for my health needs. Everything went fairly quick with no problems. Thank you guys so much!

I was literally seen for two minutes and she didn’t even examine me at all. She rushed the whole appointment and said she was going to give me referrals I never received

I set up a physical as a new patient and was handed at least 10 pages of paperwork to review and fill out prior to my appointment which which was duplicative but I understood this as common as a new patient. During my appointment only one page was referred to by the nurse just to confirm which side of my family the alignment pertained to. I had my blood pressure and a very rudimentary vision test by the nurse and then when the doctor finally saw me, she asked if i had specialists to handle the rest and set up my blood work request. I had 2 questions which were quickly answered but the time with the doctor felt extremely rushed (about 1 minute) even though i’d been there for almost 2 hours. I was sent to do lab testing including a urine test and found it shocking a doctors office wouldn’t have soap or paper towels in the bathroom. The office felt extremely dysfunctional and left me uneasy. I have one of these visits covered annually and it felt like a waste.
Dr. Charmi was lovely, attentive, and very patient. She was right on time and despite some unexpected reasons for early closing that day, I wasn’t rushed. The only problem is that zocdoc gave me a 4:15 pm appointment for an annual physical but the clinic doesn’t accept bloodwork after 4:30 pm.
