Dr. Patel was wonderful, this was my first time seeing her and she seemed very friendly. The receptionist was very friendly and nice as well. My only issue was that Dr. Patel wasn't even in the office for 2hrs since I arrived; by the time she came in it was so crowded people had to stand around. Other then the wait time, everything else was great. I plan on seeing her again and making her my primary, maybe the wait time was a fluke this one time, I will update this review again soon.

It would have been 2 hours, but I got up to leave and needed to ask for my insurance card back. I scheduled my appointment for 9am, and had work at 11am, right down the street. So, needless to say, at 10:15 when they had not seen all the people (there were so many people, that there weren't enough seats-- there have to be at least 15 seats) that came before me, I got a little worried. I went to leave and the receptionist told me Patel would see me right then. 20 minutes later, nothing happened. This time I was REALLY leaving! Not fighting or angry even, just didn't want to be late for work. I wouldn't have even told the receptionist if she didn't have my insurance card. She called Patel and asked if I could go in. I went in and Patel was helpful. I got what I needed and she was polite and caring. However, only go there if you feel like waiting with everyone in that tiny room!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Patel and I was satisfied. I was very happy that she had Saturday hours and I did not have to take oof of work. I was very happy with the service she gave and of the doctor she referred me to for further testing. It seems like she is affiliated with an excellent network of help for all of her patients. I would love to see her fame and prosperity increase. The only complaint I have is that her location is small and a little unkempt but with prosperity she could get a really nice, clean and comfortable office. That would change my very good rating of her to excellent.

If ur looking for a Dr. Then zocdoc is the way to go.its fast, easy, accurate, and appts are confirmed. The Dr. I found was great. All my needs were met and I look foward to having her as my Dr. For many years to come.
