She is incredibly intelligent and she gave me advice on many medical questions i had. Also she was very thorough in her medical examination. The staff were also very accommodating and efficient.
Her assistant who actually sat and spoke with me was much more friendly and warm than she was. Their computers were down so I won't complain about the wait, things happen. But everybody else in that practice was much nicer than the actual doctor.
Original appointment was 8:30 but dortor didnt come in on time amd showed up after 10
Terrible wait time! The girl at the front desk was not helpful and spoke very little english! The doctor as well terrible! All around not satisfied
Dr. Patel is extremely personable and very professional Excellent bedside manner.
Being the stubborn person that I am, I will admit that going to the doctors office is never a pleasant experience for me, from the long waits, to dealing with the front desk and the nuisance of having to have blood drawn. That is the reason I changed my PCP and decided to visit Dr. Patel, I must say that from the very moment I stepped in the office I was already impressed, from the attentive staff at the front desk delivering the best customer service I have ever experienced, to the wonderful young lady working as an assistant, not to mention the excellent care I got from Dr. Patel, attentive, professional and excellent bed side manners, she took the time to listen to me and demonstrated a genuine concern for my health. I would recommend Dr. Patel to any friend or family member hands down. Thanks Dr. Patel & Staff.
The wait time in the office is entirely too long because they overbook. However, I really liked the doctor. Unfortunately if I can not get the first appointment of the day, I cant go back.
Great office. Good people. Professional care.
Would highly recommend Dr Patel to a friend. The office staff were. Rey polite nice and artrnti
It was a wonderful experience she took care of everything I needed. I would recommend her to all.
I think that she's a great doctor and that her interns and staff are also good. The intake process was a bit laborious, however. I was asked to come to talk with the receptionist at least three times for different things. It's like she wasn't clear out organized, and it was annoying to be called back numerous times for something that could have been done in one trip. I would appreciate this being looked at so that i or someone else didn't have to top happen.
I made an appointment for no reason because they go by arrival. Dr Patel though was very professional, courteous and thorough. She answered all of my questions and concerns. I will make her my primary doctor from now on.
Got my vitals checked, was asked a couple questions, and then was on my way. Wanted to get a little more out of the visit but didn't seem like it was going anywhere.
Everything is fine all very nice and professional I recommend
She a great doctor no complaints.
It was amazing the reception was very nice and the doctor was asked all the questions I never felt the need to ask any questions or add any extra information.
It's was a good and short wait time visit and the bedside manner was actually very good and professional
I will not be going back.
Was informative, location close to home, explains everything so you'll understand.
Horrible! Such a rude doctor and the staff is very unprofessional
Overall I got what I needed from the PD but she could've communicate more with me instead of her assistant . Learn more and talk to me .
During my visit in the waiting area wasn't a long wait. I feel comfortable talking with her that i changing from my primary care physician and staying with dr Patel. Thanks zocdoc
The waiting time is extremely long but they have a great staff.
I will come again with family
Dr Patel was courteous and professional. She listened and offered the help I needed. She showed genuine interest and concern.
Facility is outdated, long wait.. staff was ok
My Appointment was for 1pm got there at 12:15 sign in and tell the young lady working the front I have a 1 o'clock appointment I sat down and I was never called up to fill any paperwork until 1:15 to find out they don't take credit card (flex spending accounts). Wait time was beyond ridiculous. I recommend you go elsewhere.
First I was skeptical when I walked in and saw the amount of patients but they were all there for various reasons and the sign said those that have an appointment will be seen first, then I breathe a sigh of relief.
Not very happy. She did not greet us as she finds us waiting for her in her office. She basically did not seem to care much.
I didn't deal with dr Patel initially, but when she did Comw into the room she was amazing. Very polite, very respectful.
Don't usually do reviews but I felt as if this was necessary. The first time I came here I did a full exam and got some blood taken out, the women who was taking my blood was not wearing gloves! I saw three different doctors than the original one I was assigned to. Dr. Patel was very rude to the other patients I remember her yelling at a patient because he didn't hear his name being called. The second time I came was for a follow-up on my blood tests and radiologist appt. When I got my vitals taken the girl had on Jordan sneakers and a Chicago bulls track pants and top, I don't judge on appearance but she just seemed very unprofessional, she didn't even come out to the lobby to call my name she sat in that room she was in and yelled my name through the walls. It took them about three hours before I saw a doctor. My appt was scheduled at 10am I didn't see a doctor oil 12:45, and again I saw a different doctor from last time, to be honest he just came in and started going over my results, he didn't tell me his name, or anything he literally just came in, sat down and gave them to me. After my results Dr. Patel came in, she already gave me a bad vibe from last time, she went over my results and what I should do so fast!! Also she kept interrupting me when I was asking questions. this environment is very unprofessional, I won't be coming back
I would say it was overall good. Would've been AMAZING if they seen the patients who has appointments first BEFORE the walk inside. I mean like,I came in and was the 3/4 person to sign in. But yet EVERYONE just now walking in got seen. Maybe it wasn't by the same doctor but still.
I was not feeling good and was dizzy as soon as they notify her. She was great.
It was my first time there ....it took over an hour just to be seen by her. But once I got seen she was extremely polite and patient.
Everyone in the office was courteous friendly and professional.
Dr.Patel was professional, understanding, thorough, and polite. She will be my regular physician from now on.
Worse doctor ever she is a racist doesn"t like muslim people
The doctor herself was great, but the wait time was ridiculous. I wish people with appointments were treated before those with walk-ins.
It was a very pleasant visit.
Friendly and welcoming
Aside from making appointments the facility also accepted walk-ins. I arrived at 11:30am and even though my appointment was for 12:00pm, I wasn't seen until 1:45pm. The doctor was very nice and apologized for the wait time. However, while I was getting my blood drawn the door was wide open and another patient walks right into the room. The person drawing my blood left my arm exposed, needle hanging to speak to the other patient and get them to sit back in the waiting area. The door remained open the entire time. I provided my own height and weight instead of them doing it for me. As far as cleanliness goes, while I was in the bathroom I saw a cockroach. There was a huge lack in professionalism and organization. I felt rushed, having only been seen for five minutes after such a long wait time and I didn't feel like I was being given the proper amount of attention. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and refuse to return even for a follow up. I felt that the walk-ins were being accommodated more than the people who had appointments just to avoid confrontation. They also did not inform me in advance that there was no credit card machine, so I had to search for an ATM outside in almost 100 degree weather. I would never go back there not even for my follow up. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Dr Patel was kind hearted and attentive. She was extremely informative and practical.
She was very friendly Listened to all my health concerns Scheduled me for the proper test I absolutely loved how she asked me so many questions and took her time with me
I switched to Dr. Patel from my previous primary because of travel issues. I made and EXCELLENT choice!
Everyone in the office was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned with my well being as a person and a patient
I thought she was a gynecologist that's what it said in the Web site she didn't give me to much information would never go back
Everyone was professional and gentle. No one was in a rush. It's like you were the only thing that mattered. That's what a doctors office should be like. I hope to come back for all my general medical needs.
I like the doctor and her staff they were very professional. I felt very comfortable doctor will know be my doctor
Great doctor's office-- I met and spoke with two different doctors and a great nurse during my first and follow up appointments. Beware of the wait time-- They accept walk ins, so even if you are on time to your appointment, you may be waiting up to an hour... luckily I was ill and had taken the day off.
amazing thank you
My wait time was very quick and the staff was very polite and courteous.
Very Nice doctor, listens and asks questions
I was greeted with a wonderful smile from the receptionist and I felt welcomed right away. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. The office space is a bit on the dingy side. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened and made an attempt to show her interest, unfortunately, this felt more like she was practicing what she learned in school (nod, make sounds, etc). I think she will get better with time as I think she was genuinely listening. I informed her of some of my behavior history and she made a few remarks which I thought were inappropriate and did not appreciate. Overall, I liked my visit and thought they were efficient!
It was great
Good and very helpful
The receptionist was pleasant. And I did not have to wait long to be seen by the Doctor. The Doctor was very nice and took her time I did not feel rush.
