About Dr. Rutul Amin
I enjoy providing patients comprehensive and preventative care both in-person and via telehealth by utilizing a mind-body approach, improving health literacy, and focusing on shared-decision making. My goal is to empower patients to prioritize their health and help them make informed medical decisions so they may achieve their wellness goals. I go by Rutul and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I stay healthy and happy by practicing mindfulness, staying active, spending time with loved ones, trying new recipes and restaurants, and growing houseplants. I received my education from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY and completed my residency at New York Medical College-Hoboken University Medical Center in Hoboken, NJ. I am board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). My area of expertise is Preventative Health, and I also speak Gujarati.
