I provide sleep therapy. Our services are conducted exclusively via via telehealth. Our patients typically have: 1. Insomnia (30min+ to fall asleep/return to sleep, with distress and functional impact) or, 2. Interest in tapering off sleeping pills, or 3. Both. I take insurance for telehealth sessions in IL&FL, and patients pay $19.99/mo for digital membership access (i.e., sleep logging, in-app messaging, and videos to stay engaged between sessions). Our group is a trusted referral source by institutions such as Northwestern University, UChicago Medicine, Mayo Clinic, and more.
